JOHN PAUL “JP” JOHNSON, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

JP is a financial professional who can offer investment and insurance products and services. He got his start in the industry in 2005, working for a large financial company. Today, he enjoys working for a smaller, independent firm where he can devote more attention to a select number of retirees and pre-retirees.

“I love getting to know my clients on a personal level,” JP says. “It’s so rewarding to be able to customize a plan designed to fit their specific needs.”

JP also has a broad understanding of pension plans, Social Security, taxation and investments. He provides this skill set and experience as a resource to help people nearing retirement, as well as small businesses.

In his free time, JP enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and his three daughters, Finley, Tatum, and Sloane.

MONICA YOUNGBLOOD Vice President of Client Relations / Marketing

Monica is the first point of contact for John Paul Johnson and Paramount Wealth Group. She brings with her a unique gift of customer relations experience that is both remarkable, consistent, and friendly.

She is always excited to assist our clients. By delivering a pleasant initial experience, she attempts to make sure the client feels welcomed and knows now just how appreciated they are.

She also organizes and implements events hosted by our firm while building a professional relationship with our clients and vendors.

Monica’s objective is to utilize her interpersonal and communication skills, as well as her desire to have a positive impact on our company and our community, as she directs the daily operations of our company.

Monica enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, watching movies, roller skating, trying new things, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
